We take pride in delivering top quality freezer ready beef. Once our beef is processed it will be aged for 14 days to ensure that our beef is tender and tasty. Once we reach that time our butcher will cut and wrap our product. We offer two different packaging options. The first is vacuum sealing which will let you view our product as the bags are see through.  The second is wrapped in freezer paper first, then wrapped in butcher paper. Both will last in your freezer for up to a year from purchase. Our label will then be attached with the description of the product. Our beef will then be hard frozen. Our beef is always fresh and we only butcher as the market dictates.

 You can purchase our beef a few different ways, by filling out the order form below, by visiting us at Riverside Arts Market in Jacksonville,FL., the Fernandina Beach Market Place in Downtown Fernandina beach , FL., or on the farm in Glennville,GA.We will need the order form filled out and signed in order to process your order.

 Our beef is butchered at two facilities, both of which follow the "Happy Cow " program. Our animals are treated with the utmost respect. They are never handled poorly or mistreated.
 One of our facilities is Stewarts Quality Meats in Vidalia, GA. They have been in the business for 50 years. They are a Georgia Department of Agriculture inspected facility.
Our other facility is Towson Cold Storage a 3rd generation butcher in Tifton, GA, a family owned and operated USDA inspected facility

We work closely with our butchers, which assures top quality control for our finished product. We are on hand every step of the way , making sure your order is done right with no exceptions.

We offer our beef in a variety of different ways. You can order a whole, half side,quarter side or a eighth side(Super Sampler).
 We sell individual cuts as well. 

To place an order: select your package,  fill out the form below, then click the submit button. Their will be a $100.00 deposit on a half beef or more. We will send you an email confirmation and then contact you by phone or email with the details.

A quarter side will average between 120 to 150 pounds of finished and packaged beef.

   * This will give you a guideline on the amount of cuts receved; they will vary slightly according to the weight of the whole carcass.

Our price is for the "cut weight" - the weight after the beef has  aged and the butcher has cut out the fat and bones, packaged and frozen. The price includes all slaughter, butchering and wrapping cost. All eights, quarters, halfs and whole beefs will come wrapped in butcher and freezer paper. Their will be and additional cost for vacuum sealing. Cut weight is the beef you actually take home.
